Nutritional principles: is delactose milk poorer than “normal” milk?

It has excellent nutritional values, including vitamins, minerals, proteins, in fact they are at the base of the food pyramid, essential for a healthy diet, the well-being of the body and the health of adults and children.

Production of delactose milk
It is possible to produce low-lactose milk (>0.01) because there is a treatment that involves splitting lactose by adding the enzyme lactase, ultimately reducing the lactose content. Enzymes work to a stop through heat treatment.
