For shipments it is necessary to send an email with the requested information. This request will be processed by the Sales Office promptly.
Orders must be received at least one day before departure, with all the details regarding the specific product and quantity.
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday. If the product is to be shipped on Friday at the customer’s specific request, the goods will be held in storage at the distributor’s branch closest to the place of delivery.
Payment is by cash on delivery. It is essential that, on the day of delivery, a person is available at the indicated address.
