Withdraw from the contract (right of withdrawal)

Did you make a purchase online and want to cancel it? You have the right to do so within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

    Timelines and Refunds

    We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the request to cancel, or upon receipt of the returned goods, whichever is later. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

    Return of Goods

    The goods must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The direct cost of the return is the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise specified.

    Exclusions

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products, including perishable goods or those with a short shelf life (e.g., fresh food and dairy products) and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code).
