San Leonardo Dairy at BITS 2016
Caseificio San Leonardo among the companies selected for the food area of BITS 2016. The event, now in its fourth edition, enlivened Salerno Capital Square for seven days, hosting thousands of visitors who were able to try their hand at various outdoor sports (Street basketball, Rollerball, Crossfit, SkateBoard) and listen to some of the best artists of the Italian rap scene, including Salmo. The food area, managed by master pizza maker Marco Di Pasquale, featured several carefully selected stands. Among them was the corner of Caseificio San Leonardo, at which thousands of visitors were able to appreciate some of the dairy specialties strictly #MadeInSalerno, such as stracciatella di bufala.
