For our fior di latte, we use only cow’s milk from cattle in the province of Salerno.
The weight of each fiorƬ (fior di latte) is about 250 gr.
The minimum purchase quantity is 250 g.
The cost is 10 euros per kg.
*To ensure freshness of products, shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday. The package will be delivered within 24/48 hours, for islands within 48/72 hours. Orders placed from Wednesday (after 9:30 am) through Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
